The Functional Devices latching relays come prepackaged in their own NEMA 1 plastic enclosure with a 1/2" mounting stem, LED indicator and are pre-wired to help save you time and money during installation. These relays are activated from a controller via pulse commands. Relay contacts are mechanically latched in the closed position allowing the load to remain on in the event of a control panel failure. If power is completely lost, the contacts will remain in their last state allowing for re-activation of load upon return to normal or emergency power
